Pacquiao starts US training for Bradley fight – #JHedzWorlD

LOS ANGELES – With less than a month away from what is expected to be Manny Pacquiao’s final fight, the 8-division champion began the US phase of his training.

Pacquiao was up before the sun came out eager to continue his preparations for his grand finale.

Pacquiao hit the ground running early on Monday morning for the Los Angeles phase of training camp for his April 9th match against Timothy Bradley.

After an uphill jog, the Pacman not only did his shadow boxing routine, but the part time pro basketball player showed off some Steph Curry type basketball skills with a basketball dribbling routine.

While his Monday morning jog was quiet with few fans, it was a chaotic scene at the airport on Saturday night. The Pacman and his team were greeted by friends, supporters, and media.

He quickly made his way to the car after a quick appearance in Top Rank’s livestream.

“You lay off for how many months, almost a year…so we’re excited. Everyone know the champ dumating na dito sa LA so continue natin ang training. Ito ang maganda sa training na ginawa naming, dahil before we left the Philippines nakapag-start na tayo ng sparring, 8 rounds, so medyo malapit ma tayo sa peak,” said Buboy Fernandez, assistant coach.

Pacquiao is expected to hit the Wild Card Gym on Monday afternoon.
